Hendon dropped a place in the race for the play-offs this evening as Wealdstone thrashed Tooting & Mitcham United 6-0 at Imperial Fields.
This means that the Stones move into 6th place courtesy of their superior goal difference, just a point behind Lewes, and still with a game in hand.
Whilst Wealdstone are undoubtedly favourites to pinch the final play-off spot, as we all know things can change very quickly, and all Gary McCann and the squad can do on Saturday is ensure that they pick up 3 points against Tooting and hope that the other play-off contenders drop points.
The other games involving play-off contenders this weekend are Bury Town v Cray Wanderers, Concord Rangers v Lewes, Horsham v Canvey Island and Metropolitan Police v Wealdstone.
