Gary McCann has announced this evening that Scott Shulton has returned to the club for a third spell, whilst James Burgess has returned from his loan spell at Cheshunt.
Shulton originally played for the club in the 2007-08 season on work experience terms from Wycombe Wanderers, and then returned the following season on loan having signed professionally for the Chairboys. This time he joins us on dual-registration terms from Blue Square North club Bishop's Stortford, and gives an extra option in midfield for the squad.
Burgess needs no introduction, having made 323 appearances for the Greens, the last of which was in the FA Cup tie at Luton Town earlier this season
Leaving the club are Leandre Lohourignon, who made one appearance, Byron Bubb, whilst Joel Greaves and Lee Pearce are also both released having not appeared for the club.
