An 84th minute goal from the returning Elliott Charles earnt a point for the Greens today as they drew 1-1 with Aveley.

After goalless first half, Aveley took the lead through Sean Bonnett-Johnson in the 67th minute. However, the Greens, boosted by the return of Charles and Greg Ngoyi from the bench, equalised when Carl McCluskey won the ball and fed it to Darren Currie, who in turn delivered a lovely cross that Charles was able to head home from close range.
