Hendon returned to the top of the table, overnight at least, with a 2-0 win over local rivals Wealdstone.
Both goals came just a minute apart late in the second half. The first came when Jonathan North made a great save for the Stones, but Elliott Charles followed up to score on his debut.
Straight from the restart, the Greens regained possession and Greg Ngoyi was able to round North and double the advantage.
Before the goals came, the Greens were indebted to Sean Thomas, who made a number of decent saves to keep the scoreline goalless.
