Carshalton Athletic ran out 2-1 winners this afternoon in a closely fought encounter at Colston Avenue in the final league game of the season.

The Robins took the lead in the 5th minute through Sonny Ayers, before Aaron Morgan equalised in the 16th minute. Ayres restored the lead in the 69th minute, and the Greens best chance of levelling matters fell to Bradley Ambrose, but he was just unable to find the back of the net.

The result means that Hendon finish the season in 15th position, and the squad will now be looking forward to the London Senior Cup Final in ten days time.
