We would like to apologise for the downtime on Greensnet today. We became aware that the website had become inaccessible shortly after 11am this morning and quickly identified the problem as our database being unavailable. This became available again during the afternoon and after restarting our server a few minutes ago, we have now managed to restore the site to a working condition.

We are currently in touch with our hosts to find out what went wrong in the hope that we can prevent this from happening again.
