Hendon returned to winning ways this afternoon with a 4-1 win over Aveley, despite going behind to a 2nd minute goal from Matt Johnson. The turning point in the game came in the 27th minute when Aveley were reduced to ten men when Martin Tuohy was sent off for kicking out at Craig Vargas. Within four minutes Dave Diedhiou equalised to make the scoreline 1-1 at half-time. James Bent gave the Greens the lead in the 57th minute before Danny Dyer and Peter Dean both scored late on to secure the three points.
