On a pitch that was marginally worse than yesterday, although without the standing water, Hendon put up one of their better performances despite going down 2-0 to Billericay Town. Dominic Gentle put the visitors in front after just 3 minutes, and the second goal was scored by substitute Joe Baker, who hit a 50 yard drive over Gary McCann who was caught off his line.
