We continue our busy start to the season tomorrow evening when we make the short trip to Ashford Town (Middlesex), with the aim of bouncing back from our disappointing last minute defeat on Saturday.

Our hosts lost 3-1 at Carshalton Athletic on Saturday afternoon, their second defeat of the season, having previously been defeated 2-1 by Canvey Island. Their single win so far came against Kingstonian on the opening day of the season - a 3-1 victory.

Last season saw each team win on their opponents patch. At Claremont Road in August, Ashford won 3-0, scoring with their only three shots at goal, whilst in January, we ran out 2-0 winners despite having Marc Leach sent off at half-time. Our scorers were James Bent and Sam Byfield.

We always get a friendly welcome at Short Lane, their bar and excellent snack bar will be open as normal. Admission prices are £9.00 for adults, £5 for concessions and £1 for under 16s. Kick off tomorrow will be at 7.45pm.
