Chesham took all three points from this afternoons game with a 2-1 victory over an improved Hendon side. The Generals couldn't have got off to a much better start, with their first goal coming as Steve Darlington netted after only 2 minutes. However, the Greens battled hard and Steve Forbes scored from around 12 yards after a neat flick-on from Pickett. The game threatened to boil over several times, with hard challenges flying in throughout and both sides having similar numbers of chances. However, a Chesham cross in the 78th minute did little more than find Ross Pickett who unfortunately netted an own goal to leave the Greens pointless.
