Hendon appear to have smashed their Essex hoodoo in spectacular style with their last two games in the county, following December's 6-4 win at Billericay, with today's 6-1 win at Heybridge Swifts' Scrawley Road. The Greens had numerous chances to score, Randall netting the first from close range after 17 minutes, Ofori following in the 28th with a short header. Randall added a similar goal six minutes before half-time, and Bubb scored with a trademark 25 yard shot just before the break. Randall completed his hat-trick in the 52nd minute nutmegging Matt Greenley, before a torrid afternoon for the Swifts' 'keeper was finished off by Crace who also put the ball between his legs. Heybridge scored what was little more than a consolation goal in the 89th minute.
