A strong line up still couldn't prevent the reserves falling to another disappointing defeat. Despite the starting lineup including Michael Woolner, James Burgess, Steve Butler, Martin Randall, Rob Haworth and Sam Byfield, Berkhamsted Town ran out 4-2 winners. Hendon took the lead after 10 minutes through Rob Haworth before Berkhamsted equalised with an excellent strike. Martin Randall restored the lead, but 3 quick goals before the break put Berkhamsted 4-2 up. There were no goals in the second half, and the reserves need a quick turn round in form if they are to stave of the haunt of relegation this season.
