Former non-league international Lee Endersby signed for the club on Saturday morning in time to make a startling debut against Hampton & Richmond Borough. Within 90 seconds of coming on to the pitch, he scored with his first touch as he struck a freekick over the wall and past Andy Iga in goal, and in the dying minutes he converted a penalty after Rob Haworth was brought down in the area needlessly by Chris Rose. Endersby made his name playing for Harrow Borough and then made a £17,000 move to Enfield. He has since played for a number of clubs, most recently for Tooting & Mitcham United, for whom he played against Hendon in the FA Cup earlier this season.
