Hendon make their last trip into Essex tonight as they travel to Grays Athletic in the first of five league games in ten days. Grays were one of the preseason favourites for the title, but they made a terrible start and have never really recovered. Their 1-0 defeat over Chesham at the weekend lifted Grays 6 points above the relegation zone. A Martin Randall goal was enough to give Hendon a 1-0 home win in September while, last season, Hendon won 1-0 at home (Ricci Crace scoring), but lost 2-0 away. Kick off this evening is at 7.45pm and as usual it would be a big boost for the players to see as many supporters there as possible.
