The news on Kieran Gallagher is better. The midfielder was rushed to Barnet General Hospital on Friday morning and was diagnosed with viral meningitis. He was visited on Tuesday by Rob Haworth and Steve Butler, who reported that he was making good progress and was hoping to be released from hospital within a few days. It is, however, very unlikely that he will play again this season.
