Phase One of the work at our new Copthall Stadium home has been completed. The first phase was to install the new playing pitch and work commenced during October when 500 tons of soil was removed from the existing pitch. A new drainage system was installed and hundreds of tons of sand laid. The new surface was laser levelled, fully seeded and is now fenced off to protect it as the grass grows and the pitch beds in. As and when there is more news from the club about our impending move, you will see it first in the matchday programme, on the Greensline and of course here on the website.
