Hendon made a better job of their second encounter with Kettering, earning a replay on Tuesday night with a 1-1 draw in a well contested encounter. Although Kettering had a good penalty shout in the first half, the Greens probably shaded it with the better chances, a fact reflected in the half time scoreline, Mark Cooper scrambling the ball home just before the interval. However, Kettering came back well again, and created more in the second half, Elliot Pashalis hooking the ball home in the 55th minute to take the tie back to Rockingham Road on Tuesday night.
