Hendon Women and Girl's Development team scored handsomely this week when they received news that they had been awarded a Lottery Grant from the Awards for All Committee for £4,966. The grant will be used to develop new playing opportunities for women and girls in the local area.

Lou Pantelli, Head of the Women and Girl's Development Team said: "This is a fantastic boost for the club. We have been working tirelessly over the last few months to develop funding opportunities. This award is the first of many initiatives planned which aim to bring success and development opportunities to the club."
