Hendon had their second league draw of the season this evening as they drew 0-0 against Chelmsford City. Both teams worked hard throughout the game, particularly defensively, and as a result there were only a few clear cut chances. Eugene Ofori hit a speculative lob midway through the first half which Paul Nicholls managed to claim in the Chelmsford goal, while Dave King was forced into two or three excellent saves during the second half. It was a great team performance for the Greens, and the clean sheet, the first since New Years Day, will help to boost the confidence in the squad ahead of the forthcoming games.
