Hendon fielded a weakened line up against Kingsbury this evening in their penultimate friendly and slipped to a 1-0 defeat. With half a dozen first teamers missing, the Greens took time to settle down and didn't come particularly close to scoring in the first half. Shortly before the break, Kingsbury scored their goal with a fine finish from a tight angle. The Greens made changes at half time and looked sharper, the best scoring chances falling to Mark Burgess, Kevin Chakaodza and Eugene Ofori although none of the chances found the back of the net.
