The proposed Hendon FC Trust is off to an encouraging start, with dozens of people expressing interest in the idea, and with a number of people volunteering to help where possible to adminster any organisation. The working committee are currently in touch with Supporters Direct to look at which of the potential options are likely to be best for the club in the long term and will communicate back to supporters when appropriate.

In the meantime, the working group would like to clear up a couple of assumptions made by the press recently. The formation of a trust is neither in reaction to the death of the late Ivor Arbiter, nor being founded with the sole aim of taking over the running of the football club, rather to support the continuation of Hendon FC for the future. While the committee continue to look at the options, they are encouraging all supporters to continue to visit their webpage and declare any interest in the foundation of a trust to assist with their planning.
