Hendon bounced back from the weekend disappointment with a much more convincing performance that resulted in a 4-0 win over a poor Leyton side this afternoon. A goalless first half saw the Greens have a goal from Dave Hunt disallowed for offside but their efforts were rewarded early in the second half when Jeff Campbell fired a loose ball into the roof of the net. Shortly before the hour mark Hunt doubled the lead and late strikes from Andy Cook and Ross Pickett completed the Greens biggest league win since December 2003 when they won by the same scoreline at St Albans City.
