We have discovered that Southern Trains are currently offering cheap single tickets between London Victoria and Brighton on the day of our FA Cup tie at Whitehawk. Tickets are currently £3.75 each way, so we advise any supporters considering travelling by train to book their tickets as soon as possible. Whitehawk's ground is about a 3 or 4 mile walk from Brighton station, or there are normally plenty of taxi's outside the station. It is estimated that the price of a taxi will be around £7.
Directions if walking are as follows. Upon leaving the the station, take the Queens Road straight ahead and head towards the seafront. Turn left into North Road, right into Spring Gardens, left into Church Street, then right onto Old Steine/Pavilion Parade (A23). Then turn left into St James's Street (B2118), which becomes Bristol Road. Turn right into St George's Road (remaining on B2118), left at Eaton Place, right into Chesham Road, right into Eastern Road, left into Arundel Road which becomes Whitehawk Road, right at Henley Road and cross Wilson Road into East Brighton Park. Follow the road through the park towards East Brighton Golf Club and you'll find the ground.
