Hendon were knocked out of the Westview (Isthmian League) Cup this evening by Staines Town. The Greens took the lead in the 12th minute through Rakatahr Hudson and were deservedly in front at half time. However, they were slow off the mark in the second half and Staines equalised through Paul Armstrong in the 48th minute and just four minutes later Dave Sargent converted a penalty for what turned out to be the winner.
