Hendon earned their first league point this season at their occasional home of Earlsmead yesterday afternoon, as visitors Boreham Wood shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. It took 60 minutes for the deadlock to be broken, the Wood going ahead through Sean Sonner who himself kept up his record of a goal every other game for the club. However, the Greens plugged away, and deep into stoppage time Sam Collins managed to notch up a deserved equaliser and a hard earned point.
