Two goals from Belal Aiteouakrim not only gave Hendon all three points in a 2-0 win over Horsham this afternoon, but also took him ahead of Dean Green as leading scorer for the season. Hendon were in control for most of the game and deservedly took the lead in the 18th minute when Aiteouakrim broke clear of the defence and slid the ball into the net. The second goal came in the 49th minute when he was put clear by Davis Haule and finished clinically. The win was soured slightly when Jamie Busby was sent off for violent conduct with five minutes to go, but the ten men held on comfortably to move up to 16th place in the table, and a step closer to safety.
