Danny, who played for the club over a period of four seasons, was killed in an aviation accident in May 2000. He was the co-pilot of the Lear Jet that crashed with former F1 driver David Coulthard on board. The actions of Danny and the pilot saved the lives of their passengers, but the two pilots were both sadly killed.
