The fourth departure of the summer sees Belal Aiteouakrim leave the club and join promoted AFC Wimbledon. The move means that Belal will be able to test himself at a higher level and as with all departures, we wish him all the best for the future. During his time with us, he made 76 appearances, scoring 27 goals, and surely would have been many more had he not been so unlucky with injury.
Gary McCann has lined up a number of new signings for the new season, but the club will not be announcing them until all the paperwork has been signed.

Sam Page has become the third departure from the club this summer, after he signed for Horsham today. Sam lives only 20 minutes from Horsham, and thus the move makes sense for him from a travelling point of view. Sam made 44 appearances for the club during his two spells with us, and we wish him all the best for the future. Meanwhile, his younger brother Jack, who spent the last month of last season with us on loan from Leyton Orient, has been released by the League One club and is expected to sign for Welling United.

It has been confirmed today that Davis Haule has left the club and signed for league rivals Staines Town. Haule made 147 appearances in his two spells at the club, scoring 27 goals. Speaking exclusively to Greensnet, manager Gary McCann said "We did everything in our power to keep Davis at the club, but the offer he was made by Staines was far too good to turn down. We'd like to thank Davis for his efforts since he returned to the club 18 months ago, especially in the final month of last season as we made that final push for the play-offs. He goes with our very best wishes for the future."
Mr McCann continued "What this transfer has done however is release funds so that we can add some much needed strength to the squad. I have been speaking to a number of players and supporters can expect to see some new faces in the pre-season friendlies."

Admission prices for the new season have been announced by the club today and there is an increase for adults, the first for five years.Despite the increase, our prices are likely to be one of the cheapest in the division, with a number of clubs having already announced that they will be charging £10.00 for adult admission for the new season.
Prices for adults at Claremont Road will be £9.00, whilst admission for concessions will remain unchanged at £4.00. Prices for the friendly against Stevenage Borough on 24th July will be announced separately but are likely to be lower than our normal matchday price.

Gary McCann has this afternoon confirmed that popular experienced goalkeeper Richard Wilmot and left the club to join Cambridge City, who will be playing in the BGB Southern League Premier Division next season. Richard made 104 appearances for the Greens over three spells, and was a popular figure among the supporters, winning the supporters player of the season in 2006-07. The club would like to thank Richard for all his efforts during his time at Claremont Road and wish him all the best for the future.
One other player who won't be around at pre-season training will be James Parker. Last season's captain has gone to the USA for a few months, but James is expected back in September when it is hoped that he will rejoin the squad. James has been an important part of the squad over the past 3 and a half years and has so far made 145 appearances for the club. We hope that he enjoys his time in America, but hope to see him make many more appearances upon his return.
Speaking this afternoon Gary said that whilst there may be one or two more departures, the rest of last season's squad intend to return next season and build on their good work of the last campaign. Gary has also been busy talking to prospective players and is very hopeful that there will be some new faces at pre-season training. News of new signings will be announced once everything has been signed and sealed.

The youth section held a meeting last night to discuss which teams will be run next season. Boys teams will be run at under-21, under-18, under-16, under-15 and either under-14 or under-13 level. The girls teams currently under the umbrella of the womens team, will also now be a proper part of our youth set up and it is hoped to run sides at under-14, under-12 and under-11.
The under-21 team will continue to be managed by Eamon Finn and Graeme Bourne and will be playing in the Middlesex County League on Saturday afternoons. The under-18 team will be managed by our current under-16 managers Lewis Copeland and Marco Amaldi and will play on Sundays in the Harrow Youth League whilst the under-16s will be managed by current under-15 manager John Creith also in the Harrow Youth League.
The under-15s will be under new management. Current under-14 manager Ben Schiffer-Harte will be leaving the club at the end of the month due to an increase in his workload. We thank Ben for his efforts over the past two seasons. The under-15s will now be managed by Paul McGreal. Paul will be well known to Hendon supporters, having been a regular supporter for a number of years.
Whether we run an under-14 or under-13 side will very much depend on the numbers we get at the trials day in July. This team will be managed by another new manager to the club in the form of Leo Gerald. We would like to welcome Leo to the club and we hope that he has a long enjoyable time with us. Individual managers are yet to be confirmed for the girls teams.

Although the first team finished their season over a month ago, Gary McCann has been working non-stop arranging a busy schedule as he looks to build upon the excellent season we have just had.
On Saturday 19th July, we are taking part in a four team tournament at Amersham Town for the Bucks Examiner Trophy. The other teams involved are Amersham, Hemel Hempstead Town and Chesham United. The tournament will take the form of a league format, with each team playing each other once. Games will consist of two halves of 25 minutes, and the league winners will be awarded the trophy. Entrance will be £3.00 for adults for the whole day, whilst children under 16 will be admitted free. Food and drink will be available throughout the day.
The promised friendly with Stevenage Borough, following the transfer of Wayne O'Sullivan earlier this year will take place at Claremont Road on Thursday 24th July, kicking off at 7.45pm. Admission prices for this game will be announced nearer the time, but will almost certainly be lower than normal prices.
