The first preseason game, which is the special FA Amateur Cup 50th anniversary match against Bishop Auckland is now just 3 weeks away. Both clubs have agreed all the details and admission to the game will be £6.00 for adults and £3.00 for concessions and it will be all pay on the day. There will be the chance to have your photo taken with the FA Amateur Cup, which the FA have kindly agreed to bring to the game and Bishop Auckland will be bringing a selection of items from their club shop to sell to any interested supporters. It is also hoped that there may be some members of the teams that played 50 years ago in attendance. As this game is a bit more special than most preseason games, we hope to see as many people at the game as possible.

Steve Rogers successfully conquered the Edinburgh Marathon yesterday despite suffering a knee injury at the 12 mile mark. Despite having to walk the second half he was able to finish, and his time is around 6 hours 20 minutes. He is very grateful to all supporters who have sponsored him, and in total £1000 has been raised for Cancer Research UK on top of the money raised by Phil Rogers a couple of months ago.
