As was the case last year, the Supporters Association and Supporters Trust AGM's will take place on the same evening. The evening will take place on Thursday 10th July in the clubhouse and will kick off at 8.00pm with the Supporters Association AGM, and will be followed immediately by the Supporters Trust AGM. Members of the two organisations will receive paperwork either by post or email nearer the time. It is hoped that Gary McCann will be able to join the meeting at some point to talk about his plans for the new season.

The under 16s have been awarded their league title by the Harrow Youth League after Hanwell Town were unable to fulfill the final fixture of the season. Whilst in the normal way teams who are level on points at the top of the table would normally play-off for the championship, the fact that Hanwell were also unable to play a play-off, the Harrow Youth League took the decision to award the title to our youngsters.
It is a great reward for the management team of Lewis Copeland and Marco Amaldi, who took over during the season from Kris Bhalla, and of course for all the players who have worked so hard during the campaign.

The scorers for the Greens were Glenn Garner and Muj Alsharaf. Our congratulations go to all the players and of course the joint managers of Eamon Finn and Graeme Bourne.

Despite dropping two points this evening, the under 16s can still win their league title. A win against Hanwell Town on Sunday morning will leave the two clubs level on points at the top of the table. This evening, they drew 2-2 against Pinnacle, all four goals coming in the first 16 minutes of the second half. The second Hendon goal was scored by Jack Hopkins after Pinnacle had taken the lead before being pulled back level almost immediately. Despite dropping points, manager Lewis Copeland was happy with the performance. The game on Sunday will take place at Claremont Road, kicking off at 11.00am.

This evening saw a thoroughly entertaining game between the Hendon first team and the Hendon supporters. The final score was 7-7, with the pick of the supporters goals coming from Ricky Lawrence who drove home a fine strike. The supporters team had guest appearances from Gary McCann, Freddie Hyatt, Bontcho Guentchev and Mark Findlay, the latter of whom was one of the goalscorers with a fine header past Marc Leach who was in the goal for the first team at the time.
All of the first team squad took part in the game with the exception of the unavailable Belal Aiteouakrim. However, stand-in manager Iavor Guentchev decided to play everyone out of position. Starring role for the first team went to striker James Burgess who, much to everyone's amazement, scored a hat-trick, whilst there was the strange sight of Richard Wilmot and Luke Blackmore both playing outfield.

Two of our youth teams were in action over the weekend, and unfortunately both suffered defeats. The under 21s lost 5-4 to Harrow Club despite being 4-1 ahead. The scorers were Raphael O'Selle and Simon Connaughton who both scored twice. On Sunday afternoon, the under 16s lost 1-0 to Hampstead in their league cup final, but they still have a chance of winning their division should they win their last two league games.

The Ryman League have today announced their awards for April, and we have won two of them. Firstly, the team won the Team Performance of the Month award for our 2-0 win at Staines Town two weeks ago. The second award goes to Davis Haule, who won the monthly Golden Boot award for scoring six goals during the month of April. Congratulations go out to Davis for his award, and of course to the whole squad and management team for the team performance award - an award that gives deserved recognition for what they have achieved this season.
